Here's How It Works...After a detailed fitness assessment I will create a weekly training program complete with detailed instructions, start and end position illustrations and video demonstrations, delivered right to your computer with everything you need to successfully complete your weekly fitness routine. The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to the gym or to train at home.

You can rest assured that each and every program will be custom tailored specifically for you. I have created thousands of comprehensive fitness programs for my clientele, and I will do the same for you, in order to help you to reach your personal fitness goals.

I am a certified fitness professional with more than 25 years experience of hands-on fitness coaching. I am dedicated to helping each and every one of my clients capture their fitness goals through proper training, form and nutrition.
