This program is best for those with already have a strong understanding of Cardio and Resistance training but need help with their Nutrition. Plan 1 includes
1. Understanding of how many calories you need to either lose fat or gain muscle
2. Better understanding of your Macronutrient Ratio (Protein, Crabs, Fat)
3. 3 Page Food Exchange List
4. An Outline of your Meal Program. This Outline will be your foundation and you will select from the Exchange List to create your own unique meals. As they say, limit your options and you will limit your chance of success.
5. Advice on Supplements at may help.
6. Unlimited emails to me to answer an questions regarding Nutrition. I receive hundreds of emails day in and day out. Your membership/subscription puts you in front of the line when it comes to my attention and answering of questions.
I make all my programs from scratch. No pre-programmed information, user name or password given or needed. Once you sign up, I will send you an email with the profile sheet for you to fill out. Once you email the answers, I will start to generate your program.
This is a subscription/membership for my services and you will be charged every month. You can cancel at any time. All you have to do is log in your pay pal account and hit the cancellation button.
