I, Tuan Minh Cao Tran, am an alumnus of the University of Houston, holding two B.S. degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. In addition to my degrees, I have also been certified through the NASM "National Academy of Sports Medicine", and ACE "America's Council on Exercise".  I have been Training dozens of individuals since 2000.  As for my personal experience:

I hope to grow and become one of the best All Natural/Drug Free Pro Competitors in the Nation. Also, to train clients to be on par with myself or even go beyond myself whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness model, marathons, wieght loss, etc.... Most of all, to train everyone to live a better, healthier life without the need for fad diets, or use of dangerous drugs. 

Plan 1: Monthly Nutrition and Meal Program

For a membership/subscription of $35 per month, this will cover just the Nutritional aspect of you fitness program. 

This program is best for those with already have a strong understanding of Cardio and Resistance training but need help with their Nutrition. Plan 1 includes

1. Understanding of how many calories you need to either lose fat or gain muscle

2. Better understanding of your Macronutrient Ratio (Protein, Crabs, Fat)

3. 3 Page Food Exchange List

4. An Outline of your Meal Program.  This Outline will be your foundation and you will select from the Exchange List to create your own unique meals.  As they say, limit your options and you will limit your chance of success. 

5. Advice on Supplements at may help. 

6. Unlimited emails to me to answer an questions regarding Nutrition.  I receive hundreds of emails day in and day out.  Your membership/subscription puts you in front of the line when it comes to my attention and answering of questions.

For a membership of $45 per month, you will receive workout programs for both Cardio and Resistance Training. 

This program is best for those who have a good understanding of Nutrition or already have someone else guiding them on their diet but just need the right information when it comes to Cardio and Resistance training related to their goals. Plan 2 includes

1. Workout Temples depending on goal (exercises, sets, reps, tempo, rest time...etc)

2. Cardio Temples depending on goal (what type of cardio, time, HITT, fat burning...etc)

3. Upgrades to more difficult programs for every program you finish. 

4. Unlimited emails to me to answer an questions regarding Resistance/Cardio Training.  I receive hundreds of emails day in and day out.  Your membership/subscription puts you in front of the line when it comes to my attention and answering of questions.

For all your needs, this will cover the right information when it comes to Cardio, Resistance training and a full Nutritional program related to your goals. Plan 3 is just Plan 1 and Plan 2 combined

For a membership of $60 per month, this program is specifically designed for Advance Athletes. 

This program is more for people who are getting ready for a competition, meet or event of some kind.  Examples are: Power lifters, Bodybuilders, Marathon Runners, or any Individuals that play in a specific sport and so on.  Here, I will cover everything for training, nutrition, supplementation, rest...etc.  On top of that, I am your online coach and will be able to prepare you mentally for the up and coming test with special information that goes beyond just the information of nutrition, training and supplementation.  Remember, sport is only part physical, there is a huge mental aspect as well.  So if you are looking for a coach who has been in the trenches time and time again and understands what it means to be in the heat of battle, I am your man.
