Welcome to personalized online training and weight loss programs by Sabrina!

Online training is a very cost effective way to access quality personal training programs (designed by me!) without paying a per session fee to a personal trainer at your local gym.

Just three 30 minute workouts a week can improve your health, vitality, mental focus, energy and stamina as well as lowering your risk for disease.

Getting in shape and improving your overall health doesn't have to be hard or take loads of time. Like anything else that is important to you, you have to make time for it. I have found that the benefits of exercise are exponential to the amount of time you spend working out!

Your workouts can be done in your own home or anywhere you have a computer and a little bit of space available. Another option is printing out your workouts so you can make use of all that equipment at the gym you belong to without paying for a per-session rate with a personal trainer.

My online fitness and food plans target your unique needs and goals. With my total body approach you will increase flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength while losing body fat, inches and weight in as little as 4 weeks.

There are three plans to choose from depending on your fitness goals and needs. All members have access to several weight management meal plans to help you reach a healthy weight.

Each new member will also receive a 30 minute assessment by phone with me at the start of your program, so get started today!
