Hi, I’m Dr. Steven Horwitz and I’d like to welcome you to my online training site where you and my hand picked Certified Personal Trainers will work together to create a personalize fitness program for a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one with me.
Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!
Here’s how it works… After a detailed fitness assessment I will create a weekly training program complete with workout video demonstrations, and detailed instructions delivered right to your computer with everything you need to successfully complete your weekly fitness program. The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to a health club, or to train at home.
You can rest assured that each and every program will be custom tailored specifically for you. I have created thousands of comprehensive fitness programs both for my in-person and online clientele and I will do the same for you, in order to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
Who am I?
I am the Director of the Maryland Sports Injury Center and a graduate of both Cornell University and the National College of Chiropractic. I am certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and as a USA Weightlifting Club Coach. In 2006, Consumer's Research Council of American named me to their Guide to America's TOP CHIROPRACTORS. Washingtonian magazine named me one of the area's top sports medicine doctors.
In 1996 I was selected by the United States Olympic Committee as the sole chiropractor for the 1996 United States Olympic Team. That same year the Governor of Maryland appointed me to the Maryland Council on Fitness. In 2002 I was appointed chairman of the council. Since 2004 I have been the Maryland State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I am also the author of the book YOU CAN BE FIT! and have written two fitness manuals: Golf Fitness Made Easy: A Complete Golf Fitness and Injury Prevention Program and Rotator Cuff Relief: The Ultimate Guide to Rotator Cuff Fitness and Performance. See

My head trainer, Mi Seitelman, NASM-CPT is also the Functional Training Director at the Maryland Sports Injury Center. He is fully accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His years of experience with clients from high school age to seniors make him one of the most sought after personal trainers in the mid-Atlantic region.

Here’s how to get started. Simply scroll down and select a program from below, and click the “buy now” button to complete your safe and secure transaction, using PayPal. Once complete, I will contact you with everything we need in order complete your fitness assessment, and create your fitness program within 24 hours!

- At the bottom of the page, right hand corner, log into your site by selecting "FLEX" This will take you to the edit mode. Click the red X to start - and Red X when you are done. The Green "Save" at the Top when you are complete.

You can add (upload) your own images at the add image option at the top of the page
IMAGE RULES:
1. No spaces or special characters in your image file names
2. File sizes of your images should be no larger than 100k
3. File dimmensions are recommended to be about 2"x2"
4. File types for best results should be GIF or JPG

Within the 3 plans below you can add your own personally created payment options from your PayPal account.
To receive online payments through our free webpage service, you must have a Business or Premier Paypal account. If you do not currently have a Paypal account Click Here to get one.
*Note: Online payment collecting through Paypal does not require buyers to have Pay Pal accounts, but you must have a Business or Premier account for it to work
From another Browser window access your PayPal account - create your own plan - then copy and paste the encrypted code information into the space below
If you already have a Business or Premier Pay Pal account, or after you have set up your account;
Step a) - Then go to this page
Step b) - You may be presented with a logon page, if so logon, then you will go to the next step.
Step c) - Fill out the Pay Pal Subscription Form, detailing your plans, payments, and payment button.
Step d) - Select, at the bottom of the Subscription Form the "Create Button Now" for your payment options.
Step e) - You will be presented with a Pay Pal "Add a button to your website" page that will contain "Copy your custom HTML code" with a box that has your HTML codes you just created.
Step f) - Copy and Paste the HTML codes to our form, under the appropriate plan number.
Step g) - Select either "Create Another Button" or "Done" if you are completely done with the Pay Pal Subscription Forms.
Feel free to do this up to three times to give your clients more program options to choose from, filling in the 3 program spaces provide below.
