I'd like to welcome you to our online nutrition and training site where you and I will work together to create a personalized fitness and meal program for a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one with me. Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!

The nutrional meal plans consists of a grocery list so you can get everything you need for the week and a detailed seven day meal plan to keep you track with your goals.

Here's how it works....After a detailed fitness assessment I will create a weekly training program complete with workout video demonstrations, and detailed instructions delivered right to your computer with everything you need to successfully complete your weekly fitness program. The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to a health club, or to train at home. Along with a weekly meal plan to compliment your fitness goals. You can rest assured that each and every program will be custom tailored specifically for you. I have created many fitness programs both for my in-person and online clientele and I will do the same for you, in order to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

We are certified by the American Heart Association in CPR/AED. We hold national certifications as Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. We are insured for Corporate Health & Wellness Programs and teach classes ranging from Spin Cycling, Kickboxing, Cardio Salsa, Body Sculpting, Zumba, Step Aerobics, Pilates and many more.

  • Only $7.50 a week for an ENTIRE 7 day meal plan
  • Email coaching
  • Seriously, you can spend $10 on ONE meal at lunch alone
  • We can switch out meals if needed(you have to eat your veggies tho:-)

Four weeks of Fitness instructions AND Meal plans. Includes email coaching -$60/mth
