About Me
- I have more than 10 years experience training clientele at ages 10 to 80. Though I specifically have been training one-on-one during that time, I found a calling to help those who cannot afford one-on-one. It breaks my heart when someone calls me and I can't help them. Therefore, the purpose of this online program is to help you get things moving or to make a change in your current program.

Plan 1: 16-Week Habit Building Plan, Investment is $115.00 per month for 4 installments. |
16-Week Habit Building Program In The Gym If you are looking to get going right away, then you should select my 16-Week Habit Building Program. This program will provide you with 16 weeks of training programs that will change every 3-4 weeks. This prevents plateaus in your progress and prevents boredom. To be more specific, this program is most well suited for health clubs such as LA Fitness.

Plan 2: Trial Plan or Month-to-Month. ------------One time installment of $159 |
Trial Plan or Month to Month Still not sure? Are you kind of skeptical or reluctant? Well, here is your opportunity to try it for a one time investment for a period of one month. You can also use this plan if you prefer to go month to month, just in case you are unsure of how the budget goes.

Plan 3: Customized Program - Investment varies. |
Customized Programs If you are wanting to continue past your 16-week program to continue the guidance, this is the program for you. You will have preferred rates.
