First I want to give you a little information on my background. I've been working in the personal training industry for over 20 years. I currently teach "Principles of Fitness" to 1st year students at the University of Toronto.
I've trained everyone from the average beginner to CEO's of major companies (CIBC, American Express, Molson Canada), and professional athletes (Eric Lindros). I've been listed for 3 consecutive years in Toronto Life magazine under the category "Best Personal Trainers".
I'm currently W Network's online fitness expert and answer questions submitted weekly by viewers.
As well, Tommy Europe, host of "The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp" and "Bulging Brides" refers all his Toronto clients to me for fitness and health advice.

The programs are fully printable and convenient to take with you to your gym or train out of your home.
My programs are NOT generic, they are geared towards you and YOU alone.
