Corrective Injury Management Plan

This 4-6 week plan will take into account current injury or pain management.   The plan includes:

1) Review of web cam or video of movement screening (instructions mailed to you upon ordering)

2) Needs assessment

3) 4-6 week program design based on movement screening and current injuries

Sports Performance Plan

This 4-6 week plan will help take you to the next level.  You should plan on an ongoing commitment every 4-6 six weeks for best results!  Commitment and discipline is the key to success.  This includes:

1) Review of web cam or video of movement screening (instructions mailed to you upon ordering)

2) Review of sport specific video or sport specific analysis

3) 4-6 week program design based needs analysis and performance goals relative to competitive schedule.
