Thank you for visiting my online training site! I have been a personal trainer since December, 2005 when I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from Eastern Washington University and have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. Online training gives me a chance to expand my impact to so many more people. This is a great option for those who cannot fit one-on-one training into their busy schedules, who live outside the area I typically service or who find one-on-one training beyond their budget.

There are three separate programs available. The list below details each. Plan one includes two individualized workout plans. This is perfect if your schedule does not allow for frequent workouts. Depending on your individual goals, these will often be full-body workouts. Plan two is a bit more advanced. You will receive three individualized workouts. Because this allows me to assume you will be working out more often, each workout will hit about one-half or one-third of you body a bit more intensely than the workouts in plan two. Again, this depends on your particular goals. Plan three includes meal plans. Nutrition is about 70-80% of your results so I cannot stress enough the importance of knowing what you should be eating. You can do all the work in the world but supported by the wrong nutrition you will see little to no results.
