Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. You can rest assured that each and every program will be tailor-made specifically for you. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximise your workout results.

The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to a health club, or to train at home.

Plan 3: Strength Training - £35 per month
After a detailed fitness assessment I will create a weekly training program for you. This will be delivered right to your computer with everything you need to successfully complete your weekly fitness program including workout video demonstrations and detailed instructions. The training programs are fully printable and are convenient to take to a health club or to train at home.
This program will be geared towards achieving maximum muscle building and strength. In addition to your weekly fitness programs, you will also receive regular e-mails from me and access to my bi-monthly 'Fit Tips' newsletter overflowing with motivational success stories, fitness tips, and an exercise of the month video tutorial!
Once you have signed up, a payment is taken from your credit/debit card every 4 weeks but you can cancel at any point with no notice period required.
