Hi, I'm Tim Hughes and I'd like to welcome you to my online Training Site, dedicated to helping you to achieve your health, fitness and nutrition goals.

My online site is where you and I will work together on creating a program that meets your specific goals. These workouts will be designed specifically for you based upon your fitness level, target weight or weight loss, exercise equipment availability and of course most importantly - your schedule. Each program I send you will be packed with motivation and energy to help you capitalise on every workout session you do! Let's face it; your results are what is important to me.

With this in mind, I'd like to provide you with an overview of how it all works. Firstly, I ask you to complete a detailed fitness assessment. This is so important as I need to clarify your current fitness levels, any medical issues I need to be aware of and what you would like to achieve by us working together. Once I have this information, I will create a detailed program for you that contains the following -

1. Weekly Training program.

2. Workout Pictures and Video Demonstrations.

I have also created a second option for you. It contains the above 2 features along with a weekly meal plan and shopping list for your convenience.

You can print these workouts and take to your gym or health club, or to exercise at home.

Please be assured that I will dedicate time to creating a program that is tailored to you. I'm a certified Personal trainer with coaching experience. My goals is very simple - to help you achieve yours!
