Hello! my name is Harold Irby and I would like to welcome you to my online personal training site where you and I will work together to create a personalized fitness and/or nutrition program for a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one with me. Your fitness program will focus on goal specific workouts. Workouts will be based on your fitness level, desired fitness goals, and schedule.
I'll explain how it works. After you purchase one of the programs below & receive an email confirmation. I will begin with a detailed fitness assessment thereafter creating a weekly training and/or nutrition program made specifically for you. You will have access to photos and workout video demonstrations and/or weekly meal plans along with detailed instructions. Both Fitness & Nutrition programs are completely printable as well. You will be shown how to perform every exercise properly. You will no longer have an excuse not to workout. Whether you're training at home, the gym or while you're travelling, you will have a detailed workout to take with you. Workouts can either be designed with the latest gym equipment, non-weighted apparatus (bands, stability balls, etc.) or using your own body weight. Specialized and Precontest Training & Nutrition Programs are also available at a slightly higher rate, please call.
The benefits of online training are numerous. Just to name a few, there is always the cost saving factor that online training presents. You also have the advantage of training at your convenience and not being subjected to my schedule conflicts. Even better you can travel and have your training program available as long as you have access to the internet.
Below are three subscription plans-each offering different programs for different interests, each program last six weeks, at which point I will reevaluate your progress and create a new program. Once you have chosen your plan you will receive an email confirmation notice within 24 hours.

Bio:
Harold Irby is a former captain of the North American Tug-O-War Association Champions, Detroit Police Tug-O-War Team. He is also a Mr. Michigan Bodybuilding Champion with many state titles and has placed high in several national level contest. Harold has over 20 years of experience in weight training, bodybuilding, strength & conditioning and sport specific training. As a Certified Personal Trainer Harold has worked with many athletes (professional, collegiate and high school), celebrities, business professionals and many others seeking a healthy and fit lifestyle.
