ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER:
With over 2 decades of experience & training in the fields of Fitness, Wellness, Dance & Healing Arts & 15 years of past experience working as a certified Personal Trainer (ACE & NESTA), & as an Instructor of classes in Group Fitness, Aerobics, Body Sculpting, Dance, & Yoga... Alison Bonham provides expert knowledge, excellent guidance, & inspiration as a Personal Fitness Trainer with a special ability to perceive instinctively what each client needs...and with the skill to customize programs which evolve with each person�s level of fitness, progress & shifting circumstances.
Most recently Alison was the Managing Director for 3 years of a well-known mind-body fitness studio in Los Angeles, California & now offers personal training, classes, & holistic health services from her own studio in Pine Mountain Club, California.
She has a B.S. degree in Health, Exercise Science, & Dance & has continued her studies by pursuing a number of additional certifications in the areas of personal fitness training, holistic wellness, mind-body fitness, yoga, thermography physiological health assessment, & numerous healing arts modalities.
Alison has designed hundreds of customized fitness programs for women and men of all ages and fitness levels & has practical experience working with people challenged with both acute & chronic illnesses, injuries, and partial paralysis.
In addition, her early foundational background includes many years of professional dance training as well as experience training & competing as a multi-sport athlete at state championship level during her teenage years.
As a dancer and an athlete, she learned the importance of keeping the body & mind strong for peak performance & absorbs everything she can learn about training the body & mind & maintaining wellness throughout life.

SO HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Based on the information and profile you provide for me through online forms.... I will design a program that is customized just for you....for your needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
After you complete a detailed health & fitness assessment, your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts that I create based on your fitness level, desired wellness and fitness goals, schedule, and availability of exercise equipment.
Your weekly training program is complete with detailed instructions & workout video demonstrations delivered right to your computer via email or when you log-on to your personal account.
You also have the option of receiving a personalized nutrition plan & weekly grocery list!
With each new month, I send you a whole new schedule of weekly workouts.
Everything you need to successfully complete your health & fitness goals are printable & easy to take with you to a health club or for training in the convenience of your own home! And if you you�re traveling, I can design a program that will help you stay fit while staying in hotel rooms.
