Congratulations - Your one step closer in taking full control over the way you look and feel!

I'd like to welcome you to my online training site where you and I will work together to create a personalize fitness program that cost less than working one-on-one with me. Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability.

Your monthly training programs will be delivered to you via email complete with exercise demonstrations videos, and printable workout programs with detailed instructions and start and end pictures.

I offer three different online training programs. Each program lasts for four weeks, at which I will reevaluate your progress, and create a new training program.

Your online training program also includes access to my monthly health and fitness magazine packed with more fitness tips, research, and tasty recipes. Here's what you need to do next:

I will then contact you for your initial consultation to learn more about your needs and wants in order to create the perfect personal training program.

Strength and Conditioning Plan


This plan offers guidance in developing a new and more challenging workout routine.

You will receive the following:

- A diversified exercise program designed specifically to target the areas you want to concentrate more on.

- After four weeks your program can be updated with new and more challeging routines to keep up with your progression.

- A limited number of email correspondences with your trainer.

Plan 2: $35 Seven Day Individualized Nutritional Program

7 Day Individualized Nutritional Program

One hand washes the other. This plan offers assistance in making better eating choices to go with your personal training.

You will receive the following:

- 1 week nutritional menu for the month that is similar to what you normally eat. It also comes with a grocery list that is easy to print when you're ready go food shopping.

- This program was created by an registered dietarian.

- This comprehensive nutritional program can be changed for you on an monthly basis.

- Limited emails with your trainer.

Plan 3: $50 Fitness and Nutritional Monthly Subscription

Fitness and Nutritional Monthly Subscription.

This plans is designed for people that are highly motivated and serious about acheiving results.

EVERY MONTH you will receive a NEW fitness workout to add to your existing program. Every month you will receive an NEW receipe or menu to add to your nutritional program.

You will also receive the following:



-Weekly phone calls and unlimited emails to keep you highly motivated and on pace.

-An area specific fitness and nutrition program to target your needs to attain you're goals. All exercises will be designed to focus on your target areas.


- You will also receive Monthly Fitness Programs giving you detail instructions for certain routines and exercises.


-You will receive Monthly Cardio Routines and tips to keep your body consistently challenged.


-You will also receive an Monthly "Get Fit" Newsletter that gives you tips on eating healthy and staying motivated.
