Congratulations � the body that you deserve is right around the corner!

I�d like to welcome you to my online training site where you and I will work together to create a personalize fitness program for a fraction of the cost of working one-on-one personal training. Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!


About My Services


After many requests from current and former clients, both locally and nationally - this online system allows me to train anyone, anywhere, anytime. As a client you will have your own online account where you can access all of your workouts and custom meal plans. My online service works great for anyone, whether you want to exercise at home or in a fully equipped health club.


Custom Exercise Plan


All of the workouts created are designed with your goals in mind. I realize that no two clients are ever the same and therefore no two exercise plans are ever the same. Your workout will be tailor made to meet your goals, utilizing the exercise equipment you have available to you.


1)Each workout comes complete with a video demonstration of each exercise to ensure that you know exactly how to perform them.

2)Print off your workouts and take them with you. Each exercise will include a photo description so you don't forget how it's done.

3)Chart your progress after each workout by updating your workout information in your personal account.


Individualized Meal Plans


The Meal Plan and Nutrition program will provide you with:

1) Custom, printable meal plans to meet any goal.

2) Weekly Grocery lists, so you know exactly what to buy.


Phone Coaching


For those of you who need a little extra encouragement and guidance I offer optional weekly phone coaching sessions with any of my packages. Please see details below.
