Welcome to My Workout Studio!

You can now enjoy all the benefits of professional fitness training in my private and relaxed personal training studio.

First, let me introduce you to three of my most popular fitness training programs. Each one is customized to work with your current physical condition and help you get and stay in shape.

#1- The Athletic Health Improvement Program

Would you like to feel stronger, more stable, and lighter on your feet?

-This is a 12-week program

-3 personal training sessions per week

-Improve your athletic strength, endurance, and flexibility.

-Includes online and phone support with your personal trainer

-Includes one month of online training after the program has been completed.

You do not need to be in shape to start this program! The program will do that for you.


#2- Yoga for Posture Development and Stress Relief Program

-This is a 6-week program

-We do yoga to gently relieve stress, strengthen your core, and increase your body awareness.

-You receive 2 one hour sessions per week with your personal trainer.

-You recieve take home yoga routines to further your personal practice.

If you would like to feel more relaxed on a daily basis, create a healthy and flexible body, and improve your posture, this program is for you. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga!

#3-Learn to Workout at Home

Do you need a little motivation and some fresh workouts to get in shape at home?

-This one month program is dedicated to the success of your home workouts.

-You will work with your personal trainer in-studio once a week.

-During each session you will receive a take home workout based on the equipment (or no equipment) that you have.

-You receive email support and a weekly phone consultation with your trainer to keep you motivated and answer any questions that come up.

-At the completion of your program you receive a free month of online personal training programs.
