Welcome to KMJ Fitness Online Personal Training:

I offer customized personal training programs delivered through regular emails and available online. The program is based on a client's goals and works for clients with tight scheduls, unusual hours, and others who just want to get started on an exercise program without going to the gym.

To sign up, new clients are required to fill out an online fitness evaluation, after which they consult with me by phone and email.


ABOUT KIM:
Kim offers affordable personal training services for busy NYC women and men and conducts workouts in homes, offices, and fitness centers. Kim's personal training services cover the New York metro area in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island. A professional dancer for more than 20 years, Kim is trained in step aerobics, yoga, pilates, ballet, modern dance, and jazz from The Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, STEPS, and Broadway Dance Center.
