Welcome to the JMJ Fitness Online Personal Training website. We will work with you to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Whether you need an exercise program to follow or a tailor made nutrition program to follow, JMJ Fitness will help you achieve your goals.

The top 2 reasons individuals seek out online personal training are affordability and convenience. You can have a personalized exercise program created for you online for a FRACTION OF THE COST of working 1 on 1 with a Certified Personal Trainer in person. You also will have the luxury to train AT YOUR CONVENIENCE and not around my schedule. You will have your training program available to you 24 hours a day, even when traveling. As long as you have access to the internet, you will have access to your customized online personal training program.

JMJ Fitness offers 3 different online programs which you will see below. Each program lasts for 4 weeks, at which point I will re-evaluate your progress and create a new training program. Just need an exercise program to follow? Plan 1 is for you. Need an exercise program and a diet plan to follow? Plan 2 is the best option for you, and this is the plan that we recommend. Exercise research shows that when you combine diet and exercise, you reach your results much faster. Or, if you only need a Diet Plan to follow, select plan 3. Once you have made your selection you will need to make a payment using paypal or your credit card of choice. Once complete, I will contact you within 24 hrs!

The 1st step will be to conduct a detailed fitness assessment with you. If you choose an online personal training program design, your online training program will consist of goal-specific workouts, created by JMJ Fitness, based on your individual fitness levels, and based on the execise equipment you have available. Your exercise program can be designed for an in-home workout, or a typical gym setting workout. The routines can be customized to fit YOUR busy schedule, you can choose to workout as many or as few times per week, depending on the time YOU have available. All exercise programs will be e-mailed to you directly on a 4-week calendar, with complete biomechanically accurate high-resolution video exercise demonstration to ensure you perform each exercise correctly. In addition, you will have access to printable workout exercise pictures with detailed instructions including start and end pictures to print out and take with you during your workout. Afer you complete your workout, log your results into your page so your trainer can track your results. You will also have full e-mail access to your Certified Personal Trainer for accountability, support and questions.

If you choose a Diet Plan, you will get an in depth nutritional analysis, including 7 day meal plans with a weekly grocery list for your convenience. All meal plans are designed by a Registered Dietitian to match YOUR goals and desires. Sample meal plans include: Low Fat, Low Carb, Heart Healthy, Low Cholesterol, On The Go, Energy Booster, Healthy Aging, Mature Woman, and many more options. As a bonus, all JMJ Fitness clients will also have access to an online monthly fitness magazine. Each monthly issue is loaded with fitness tips, articles, streaming video interviews, healthy recipes, and the latest health and fitness research from industry leaders.
