Hi, I'm Heather Coley, Your online personal coach for meal planning and/or online workouts designed specifically for you to get you in the best shape of your life!

Your weekly training programs will be delivered to you via email complete with exercise demonstration videos, and printable workout programs with detailed instructions from start to finish pictures. AND, I am only an email away if you need help. Your friend in fitness, there for you!

I offer three different online training and/or meal planning programs. Each program lasts for four weeks, at which point I will reevaluate your progress, and create a brand new program for muscle confusion and variety.

Here's what you need to do next. Select the program that you feel will work best for you from the options below. Online training alone, meal planning with your online training or just meal planning. Once you have made your selection you will need to make a payment using paypal (the most trusted online payment gateway). If you do not have an account established, don't worry, very very easy. Call me if you need help.

I will then contact you for your initial consultation to learn more about your exercise history and fitness goals in order to create the perfect personal training program and/or meal plan for you! Fun Fun!!
