Lifestyle Change 24 sessions for $85

LIFESTYLE CHANGE: When you choose to make a lifestyle change, I will coach you through the entire process. I will design your workouts to gradually guide and develop you towards a more healthy lifestyle. With me you will develop excellent balance, strong stability, more perfect posture and core strength. I will lay out all your nutritional needs. Which includes your daily caloric intake goal, proper balance of carbs, proteins and fats, and a full menu according to those goals. Plus, if you have any questions you will be able to e-mail directly.
