First off I want to welcome everyone to the world of online personal training. For those of you who are here for the first time, and are not already one of my clients I want to take this chance to introduce myself. I'm John Compton, the head trainer of BodyFit Personal Training. I am a student and personal trainer who trains clients both in the gym and online. I attend the State University of New York at Cortland (C-State) and will be graduating in May with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Being an athlete in high school and college, exercise was not only an interest of mine but a requirement as well. I am excited to be able to share my knowledge of exercise and nutrition with you to help you achieve that attractive body you are looking for.
Online Personal Training Benefits: There are many benefits to online personal training, the most obvious is the cost saving. Instead of paying about $50 per hour 3-5 times per week for traditional personal training, one can purchase my 4 week "Get It Started" online package for $55 and that will include access to everything that traditional personal training gives you, and more!
In addition to the cost saving benefits of online personal training, clients will also have the luxury to train at their convenience and not around my schedule. The client will have the benefit of obtaining their training program anywhere they travel, as long as they have an Internet connection. Whether on the job or on vacation a client doesn�t have to miss a workout!
Here�s how to get started. Simply scroll down and select a package from below, and click the �buy now� button to complete your safe and secure transaction, using paypal. Once complete, I will contact you with everything we need in order to complete your fitness assessment, and create your fitness program within 24 hours! Keep in mind that the Silver and Gold packages have more than one choice so be sure to indicate in an email what package "within the package" you selected. Also, the Silver "Get It Started 'D'" diet analysis can be purchased along with the Silver "Get it Started" and either one of the Gold package choices. For example, you can purchase "The Champion" plan along with the "Get It Started 'D'" diet analysis. Adding the diet analysis will ensure that you are getting the nutritional support your body needs to make the most of your new training program.
Once the client has purchased their desired package they will be given an ID and password so they can gain login access. Once they login they will view their workout calendar. Clients can also access exercise demonstration videos and read the monthly online fitness magazine loaded with fitness tips, articles, streaming video interviews, healthy recipes, and the latest health and fitness research from industry leaders! And the best part of all you have full access to each and every issue, including past issues!
Each package listed comes with unlimited email coaching for the duration of the plan and every program I design will be personalized for my client based on their fitness level, goals, preferences, and health background. There will be no gimmick "works for everybody" generic programs distributed to my clients. |
Silver: "Get It Started" or "Get It Started 'D'": $55 each |
Choice of either purchasing "Get It Started" : Training Program Design, or "Get It Started 'D'": Diet Program and Analysis
Get It Started : 4 Week Cardio and/or Strength Program Design based on client's specific fitness goals. Every exercise includes detailed written instructions and streaming video demonstrating proper form and technique. Clients can even print these workouts and bring them to the gym!
Get It Started "D" : 4 week access to Diet Analysis and Planning that includes analysis of current diet, new individualized diet plan based on client's goals, printable grocery lists, automated food logging, nutritional reporting, calorie tracking, and so much more. I will create a robust meal plan, and detailed grocery list for my clients. Clients can access every food that is available in the USDA database to find nutritional values and caloric content. Low fat, low carb, or vegetarian diets available.

Gold: "Boot Camp" or "The Champion" $140 each |
Choice of "Bootcamp" or "The Champion"
Bootcamp : 12 week (3 month) Fitness Program Design and Analysis based on client's specific fitness goals. Focus on improvements in cardio respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, general fitness, etc. Every exercise includes detailed written instructions and streaming video demonstrations to show proper form and technique.
The Champion : 12 week (3 month) Sport Specific Conditioning Program for the Athlete. Focus on strength, flexibility, speed, power, core training, plyometrics, cardio respiratory endurance, and more. These programs that I design are intended to improve my client�s physical performance in their particular sport.

Platinum: "The Total Package" $300 |
The Total Package : 16 week (4 month) Fitness and Diet Program Designs and Analysis. This package includes every function in the "Get it Started 'D'" package and the boot camp package throughout the 16 weeks. This is the ultimate package for those ready to see results. Clients can log their workouts and meals. Before-and-After pictures are strongly encouraged in order to visualize your transformation.
