ONLINE Personal Training

Welcome to online personal training.  The newest and most innovative way to exercise.  With the recent boom of the internet it is almost essential to be part of online training.  Let me introduce myself.  My name is Raj Thompson CPT and I've been doing personal training for 7 years.  I played sports (football and track) all my life so I've always been active and dedicated to keeping myself healthy.  I like to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to new training techniques.  I use unconventional ways to train the body using equipment such as resistance bands, TRX suspension, kettlebell, and body training.  I believe there are many ways to get in shape without picking up a single dumbbell.

Fitness development is a company I created that revolves around three concepts. Dedication, Desire, Determination.  These words are very motivating to me because these are concepts are what kept me going when things were rough in sports, training, or life. 

Dedication is the beginning of your journey to having the body you always dreamed to have.  If you have the mindset that you are ready to transform yourself then you have the first concept.

Desire is a self explained concept.  How bad do you want to transform yourself.  This is a concept that is your foundation because without desire you have no motivation.  How hard are you willing to work? Will you quit when times get rough? If you're ready to go full speed ahead and not worry about distractions or things you can't control then you nailed the second concept

Determination Getting in shape is a lifestyle change.  It's not a quick fix.  It's really easy to give up because you feel you're not getting results.  To be truthful it's a long journey and that's why it's a lifestyle and not a quick fix.  I've been working out for 13 years and I don't plan on stopping either. Have patience and you will get what you want.
