I’d like to welcome you to my online training site where you and I will work together to create a personalized fitness program for a fraction of the price. Your online training will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me based your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every workout is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!
Here’s how it works… After a detailed fitness assessment I create a weekly training program complete with workout video demonstrations, and detailed instructions delivered right to your computer with everything you need to successfully complete your weekly fitness program. The workout programs are fully printable and convenient to take to your health club or use at home.
You can rest assured that each and every program will be custom tailored specifically for you. I have created many programs over the last 20 years to address Posture, imbalances in muscle structure, alignment and symmetry for many different body types not to mention fat loss and muscle gain I can do the same for you.
I am a Personal Trainer with IDEA certification, Pilates Instructor with the PMA. I also teach Yoga and have a group fitness certification with AFFA as well as a I am master trainer for Leslee Bender, AKA the Bender Ball Method. For best results a in person consultation is best as I am detail oriented and make the workout very personalized.
